A wood book  

This book is made of a piece wood which had been put in Timber Yard corner as a piece of
excess material. When I saw it, I thought I could do some drawing on it. After I cut them, I found there are some special effects which are caused by the electric saw. They are so special, like some special drawing. It also comes with burning smell. I cut them to fifteen pieces. Each piece can be a page of a book. In this book , I take it as a book which comes with fifteen pages. You can see the contents in each page. That is growth ring. I not only like the pattern of the growth ring. But also like the meaning of it. It shows the age of the tree and also  reflects the climatic conditions in which the tree grew.So we can see the growth history of tree from each page of the book. When I put all those pieces together according to the order you can clearly see the tree pattern from the appearance. That looks like the outline of the book.

This is the wood bread .When I found this piece of wood. I found the rectangle shape of the wood looks like the bread which we eat everyday. The wood is also around us in our daily life. I cut the wood to the bread size. Then put them in the original order. We can see the pattern of the wood surface. We also can see the wood tried to fia way to arrange each piece of the wood to the proper place. I did them
